Hi, I’m Erika, a Registered Nurse and Nurse Coach. Throughout my 30-year nursing career specializing in pediatrics and newborn care, I naturally found myself stepping into the role of a nurse coach for the parents I worked with. My personal strengths—effective communication, patience, and a deep desire to positively impact others' lives—have always been at the core of my practice.

Having grown up with a strong support system, I understand the profound importance of having a safe space to speak openly, feel truly heard, and recognize that no one knows themselves better than they do.

As a parent and spouse, I’ve encountered a wealth of resources on child-rearing stages and parenting techniques, from books to websites. Yet, I found little focus on the personal challenges we face such as losing one's sense of self, navigating marital complexities, coping with the ever-evolving demands of parenthood, or dealing with the impact of menopause on identity and well-being.

In my journey to becoming a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, I’ve learned a crucial truth: “You cannot take your client any deeper than you have taken yourself.” My path has been anything but linear filled with twists, bumps, and roadblocks—but these experiences have only deepened my empathy and bolstered my ability to guide others.

I am passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and supporting you through your own unique journey. With the right guidance and nurse coaching, you don't have to face this path alone.
